In the event we decide to refund customer must provide detailed video demonstrating that the machine is not working. Customer must send video showing step by step of how the machine is being used. First step we take is to help resolve the issue. If not work we supply replacement. If still not work we may supply refund. For requests pleass send email to renrueskin@gmail.com. Make sure to include order number. We respond within 72hrs for machine issue request.

2. If customer decide they don't want replacement machine only want refund machine MUST be returned to our facrory before refund is processed. This is at customer expenss. It must be returned ONLY to ths shipping address provided.
